The staff were very helpful, outstandingly accommodating. We had a separate bedroom. The accommodation had a central location close to all shops. Also, the hotel was within a close distance from a victorian pier.

The bedroom was new-fashioned and fashionable. Extra touches like a mini-refrigerator and tea/coffee were a treat, staff were very amiable and lovely. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, close to train station, it's a plus. Furthermore, it was very close to Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum.
